Return Policy

At Sambula Imports, we value the strength of our partnerships and the integrity of our wine

portfolio. Our return policy is designed to support wholesale clients with efficiency and fairness.

 

Return Eligibility

ï‚· Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery.

ï‚· Condition: Returns are accepted for products that are damaged during transit,

incorrectly fulfilled, or defective. Bottles must remain sealed and in original packaging.

ï‚·

Exceptions: Custom or private label products, promotional items, and special-order

wines are non-returnable, unless deemed defective.

Return Process

ï‚· Initiation: Email our support team at info@sambulaimports.com with the invoice number,

product SKU, photos (if applicable), and reason for return.

ï‚·

Approval: Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement product.

ï‚·

Pickup: Sambula Imports will arrange for the product to be picked up at the original

delivery address at no cost.

ï‚·

Inspection Clause: Returned products will be inspected by our quality control team

prior to refund approval.

ï‚·

Refunds Credits

ï‚· Method: Refunds are processed via the original payment method or issued as account

credit toward future orders.

ï‚·

Timeline: Please allow 10-15 business days post-receipt of returned items for

processing.

ï‚·

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.
